This is long overdue because I spent time with Maddy on the cusp of returning to photography mid summer. I think you could say it was the nudge I needed to jump back in and realize the thing I was missing was being behind the lens.
I’ve known Madison for years now. I’ve been honored to be a part of her life from when she was a little 3rd Grader until now. I’ve been with her through the tears and struggles of friendships, to the moments of joy like celebrating birthdays, weddings and more. My favorite yet will be the moment she Graduates. It not only will make me cry tears of joy but also be happiness to have known her as she discovers who she is.
Madison is the most loyal, honest, sensitive person. She is one that always makes sure someone is included even if it means she has to suffer. She always knows what she wants and works hard to make it happen. Madison, as I wrote this I knew this would not do you justice. There are really no words for the things you have taught me over the years as your mentor and my hope for you is that you continue to love Jesus and follow your heart.
