As a Michigan-based photographer with a light, airy, and feminine style, she is dedicated to capturing the precious moments of life that clients will cherish for years to come. After over a decade of carrying her camera everywhere, she transitioned her passion into a professional pursuit. Since joining the Kara Hanes Wedding team in 2023, she has been thrilled to meet new couples and bring their unique love stories to life. She enjoys working with couples in both Detroit and Grand Rapids, drawing inspiration from each city’s distinct charm. With every new project, she looks forward to creating beautiful memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

With experience in both photography and video, Kelly ensures a well-rounded experience for your special day. Her love for animals, sparked during her 4-H years in Ludington, Michigan, means she’s likely to form a special bond with any pets featured in your wedding.
