What a great evening to meet up at Rosy Mound Natural Area in Grand Haven. If you haven’t noticed already, Jayden and Logan are identical twins that attend Jenison High School. Both are very quiet, sweet, young men but like all siblings have different interests.
Logan would like to follow his dream of art at Kendall College of Art and Design or Grand Valley State University. He doesn’t know what specifically yet but he knows that creating things is something he enjoys. Mom and Dad always told him to pick a career you like to do and so this is what he wants to explore.
For Jayden he has always had a love for animals. He doesn’t quite know what he would do yet but he for sure wants to pursue Grand Valley State University to study Zoology. He also loves nature so who knows where the future will take him.
Speaking of Nature, Rosy Mound was the perfect spot to explore the woods. They have some amazing trails however we only explored near the entrance and then decided to save ourselves the exhaustion and drive over to Kirk Park for the beach. If you’ve been to Rosy Mound before you’ll know why. If you’ve been following along in my blog posts you’ll know that I have been talking about all the rain we got in the past month. Due to this we were blessed (Although I’m not sure that is the right word for it) with a plethora of mosquitoes that would not leave us alone. If you plan to explore Michigan anytime soon make sure you bring the bug spray!
What a fun night. Jayden and Logan I wish you all the best in this last year and I pray that your dreams take you far!
