Here in Michigan the weather bounces back from hot to cold frequently. When we get near freezing or just some chilly rain I make my kids a special cup of Hot Cocoa to enjoy. There are plenty of recipes that are delicious but let me tell you, nothing is as good as the recipe my Mother-in-law passed to me years ago. This woman is an amazing connoisseur of things that are delicious. I think a lot of this is because she grew up in the heart of Amish country. Over the past few years I have found that certain ingredients in this recipe matter and make it rich, creamy and oh so delicious that you’ll be craving it all the time. I’d love for you to comment below your opinion! If you love it so much then feel free to share it with your friends and family. PRINT RECIPE
