When I saw that Calvin and Nicole got engaged this past winter I was so excited. These two have been together for a while. High school sweet hearts and now planning the rest of their lives together. Nicole is into very classic memorabilia. Think breakfast at tiffany’s. So when she told me about her tandem bike the two of them used to ride in high school together I knew it was going to be the cutest part of their session.
From downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan to Riverside Park we had a great time and made so many memories. Calvin told me the story of how he proposed in Texas and that he now knows that horse back riding can derail a proposal quickly. Especially when the saddle slips. However my heart melted when he told me that the ring he gave Nicole is a family heirloom from Vietnam. It’s detail and charm is the perfect fit for Nicole and how special it is to receive such a thing. Calvin and Nicole this next year will go much faster than you think. I can not wait for your wedding in 2022!
xoxo, Kara
