I had the pleasure of getting to photograph George and Jordan for their engagement session last winter. From the moment I met these two I knew they were going to be the perfect KH couple. They are the most down-to-earth, heartfelt people and their love can be felt by anyone who’s around them.
When they said their “I Do’s” on September 25th it was the perfect fall day in Hudsonville, Michigan. Days like this remind me of why I love Michigan weddings so much. The leaves are turning, you have that crisp in the air, and soft glow in everything that you see. George and Jordan chose dusty rose, dusty blue, and navy for their wedding colors and it created a subtly vintage romance for the whole event. I love a couple with great taste.
George and Jordan celebrated their big day at Post Family Farm (with the exception of the bridal party and first look held at a friend’s family farm in Coopersville). The Post family owns 80-acres of all the best Michigan has to offer. The entire venue had a high-end backyard feel that made everyone feel comfortable and right at home. With great food, all of their family and friends, and lots of dancing — we had the best time rejoicing in their happily ever after.
George and Jordan, you deserve all the happiness in the world, and it was such an honor to be a part of your big day!
Please enjoy these moments that were captured!
