September 18th was the perfect wedding to end the summer season. With a subtle breeze and the perfect temperature we celebrated the marriage of Jared and Allison.
Jared and Allison found each other the way most modern love stories do, through a dating app. It was an instant connection, and Allison says he had her at “owning a life supply of bacon”, as Jared is a farmer. I mean, come on, they are so adorable and such a perfect match, it’s like they walked right out of a Hallmark movie. He even proposed on Christmas next to a glistening tree and woodburning stove!
The best part was that this day captured every bit of magic and romance their love story deserved. We did their first look at Macatawa Bank under the willow trees. The church and venue were gorgeously decorated in fragrant blooms, and I couldn’t have picked a more perfect gown for Allison myself. It was all so romantic.
Overall, with their desert rose color pallet the entire event was a direct reflection of Jared and Allison’s wedding vision.
Surrounded by 150 of their family and friends, they vowed to spend their lives together. There was laughter, there were tears, and this group could party! These are the kind of weddings I live for as a photographer.
Please enjoy these photos I captured of Jared and Allison’s dream wedding day! It was such an honor to be a part of their story.
