I couldn’t help myself when Naomi asked for a spa party. We wanted to keep things small so we could do it at home so we decided that we would invite only cousins, Grandmas, and aunts. She had a couple requests, Starbucks cake pops, smoothies, and a piñata.
The most expensive things from this party were the food and decorations. Everything else we were able to make ourselves or purchase from the dollar store. Instead of purchasing actual Starbucks we decided to give everyone their own reusable cups that I purchased on Amazon. I then found a copycat recipe for their cake pops and made them myself in the colors she wanted. Do you want the recipe? Get it here.
For the activity we made an easy sugar scrub. I’ve actually used this recipe at my workshops for Hanes Home Market and still had supplies so I decided that we could just use materials I already had. It’s so simple and there are only 4 ingredients. Guess what? I’m sharing that with you too! Get the recipe here.
Our sandwiches were some peanut butter and some jelly (which Naomi devoured as soon as we started eating). My personal favorite were the cucumber and humus ones. I’m not going to lie. This party was just as much fun for me as it was for the girls. If you’re wondering where everything was from I’m going to share it below.
